Otago Property Management is an innovative small privately owned business specialising in the management of residential rental properties. Gumboot.com has had a long association with this business having developed and managed their website (now in its third generation) from day one.
The design of the OPM website is simple and clean, focusing the visitor on the “product” – a strong trait of Gumboot.com’s design philosophy.
Custom software integrates the OPM website with their Palace accounting and customer relationship management platform eliminating the need to double enter data into the two systems.
In 2013 OPM released what is believed to be New Zealand’s first Rental Property Warrant of Fitness gaining the business nationwide press coverage and licensing enquiries from many other property management businesses. The Warrant of Fitness scoring system along with supporting software was developed by Gumboot with input and verification from the OPM team.
