Configuring Email Viewing Webstats

Reading and sending email via a web browser is a very convenient way of staying in contact while "on the road". You can access your email from any web browser (hotel, cyber cafe etc.) connected to the Internet.

Login
To login/sign-in to your webmail account go to the following web address:

http://webmail.iserve.co.nz

In the fields provided enter your email address and the mailbox password for that address as supplied by Gumboot. For example:

E-Mail address: sam@acme.co.nz
Password: secret

Note: your password is case sensitive ie. GROOVY is different to GroOVy. Make sure you enter the password exactly how it was supplied. As with all passwords you should keep this secret and not write it down anywhere.

Reading Email
To read your email messages click the inbox button. Any email messages (new or read) will be listed. To view an individual message simply click on the show icon- the message is displayed. You can then choose to reply, forward or delete the message by clicking on the relevant button. Your email messages will be maintained on the server for a period of 60 days after which they will be automatically purged.

Sending Email
To send a message click the New Message button. Next enter the message addressing and subject information. Finally enter your message. If you need to attach a file to your message click the Attach button- the page is redrawn and two Attach File fields are displayed. Clicking the Browse button allows you to select the file(s) to attach to the message. When your message is ready to send click the Send button.

Logout
When you are done reading/sending email, click the Log Out button.
